Nica Clark

Nica Clark

Dr. Nica Clark, PhD, RDN, is a nutrition educator with over a decade of teaching experience. She earned her PhD in Nutrition, along with her BS in Biology and MS in Dietetics, from the University of Utah. Dr. Clark loves teaching nutrition—especially to first-year college students—where she enjoys translating science into practical, real-life habits (and occasionally convincing students that vegetables are, in fact, their friends). Her academic interests are complemented by a love of gardening, hiking, and global travel, having explored 47 states and 22 countries. Dr. Clark thrives on student success. She brings creativity, enthusiasm, and compassion to the classroom.
